JKR hasn't updated her website in forever, the pain!

Mind you, I haven't updated here for ages either so I can't really complain I guess.

I'm off to my first national Amnesty International conference this weekend in Lancaster. I'm looking forward to it although I am a little nervous.

I will be starting at the marsden in early May and I'm very happy about that. Back to the NHS for me. I've already got two days off for study leave so I can go to the TUC LGB conference, result!

Am also hoping to start an MSc in 'Oncological sciences' in September and by that time I should have found out if I've made it through to become a JP.

I found out recently that the youngest ever JP in the UK was 23. I don't feel so special anymore.

Oh well!
